OUR PROCESS
Meet & Greet
At this early stage, after first point of contact, we then pop out to site (where possible) and discuss the scope of the project.
Once site visit is complete, we will then draw up an engagement discussing scope and our process for the specific job.
Once the engagement has been accepted, we move to the following stage.
Stage 1: Pre Design & Concept
We produce As-built drawings and computer model of the existing space (full 3D model) . Research appropriate materials and technologies.
Once complete we then provide sketch drawings (CAD) to explain concept design including: Floor / Cabinet Plans & Elevations, Preliminary, Perspective views.
We also produce a mood board/ ideas palette -Colours, Textures, Materials.
Finally we pitch the concept to obtain clients approval.
Stage 2: Final Design
We will prepare comprehensive documentation as required for joinery fabrication including the following: Cabinet plans , cabinet elevations, material selections, cabinet details, appliance list (supplied by client) - electrical / lighting - plumbing fixtures and fittings (selected by client.)
Procurement
We can also be engaged to follow you through the joinery fabrication process, as it can often differ from the initial plans. We can help make quick decisions along the way, and be on hand to advise with things like lighting, handles, colours…
